Help and feedback: what the beta can do

Choose a topic and read an explanation. You cannot send a message to the studio from this page yet.
1. Find the right topic. In the new Help section, choose whether your question concerns a tattoo, PMU or the studio in general. You can also match a comment or complaint to a situation.
2. Read an explanation. Narrow down the topic to see a short answer. You can skip that step and put your concern into your own words.
3. Get in touch. To actually send feedback, a comment or a complaint, use the WhatsApp or phone contact in the footer for now. The beta page is not yet a way to send messages.
4. Important during beta. The send button is disabled. Text entered there does not reach the studio. If you have a health concern, seek medical advice rather than waiting for a studio reply.
